Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday), after payment confirmation. Holidays are excluded.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, we’ll send you a notification with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Sent via LBC or J&T with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days.
  • Express / Airport Pickup (urgent orders): Must be booked at least one business day in advance. Items are typically ready for pickup by the following afternoon.
    Shipping fees are based on the total weight of the package and destination.

3. Tracking & Updates
Tracking numbers are sent through email, Viber, or Messenger once your package is shipped.
Please keep your phone available on the day of delivery in case the courier needs to contact you.

4. Shipping Issues & Delays
If there are any delays or issues with your shipment:

  • Contact us immediately at teasupplier@eleven22nd.com so we can assist.
  • We’ll coordinate with the courier and keep you updated until the matter is resolved.

5. Delivery Confirmation
Please inspect your order upon delivery and confirm receipt.
