Refund policy
Return Policy (7 Days)
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- You must have your receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at teasupplier@eleven22nd.com. Please include photos or a short video of the item showing the issue, if applicable. Once your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away. Including clear photos or a short video of the issue will help us assess and resolve the concern quickly.
Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your return, you’ll receive a refund of 50%–100% via your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days pass after approval and you haven’t received your refund, email us at teasupplier@eleven22nd.com.
